Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise-level digital initiatives for the Judiciary Enterprise Internal and External Portal systems, Enterprise Single Sign-On, internal AI applications, and related features. This role requires a strong BA with deep experience in project development, business process analysis, workflow design, requirements gathering, testing, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules
• Gather and manage business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and maintain process flows, storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, and system documentation
• Support manual and automated testing, user support, training, and issue investigation
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve processes and support enterprise application delivery
• Contribute to AI-related projects including requirements, testing, documentation, and process analysis
Required Skills and Certification
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years of experience with SDLC, structured system development, and business process/workflow analysis
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, business rules, interfaces, and use case documentation
• Experience with testing, training, and end-user support
• Ability to gather data through interviews, observation, surveys, and existing documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
• 4-year college degree required
Preferred Skills and Certification
• Experience supporting AI-related projects or AI-enabled applications
• Familiarity with Data Governance concepts
• Experience reviewing data definitions or data models
• Ability to work with business users to validate data meaning and usage
