We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in the role of Business analyst project manager to join our team with specialized experience in organizational restructuring within professional services. This is a strategic role essential to planning, executing, and monitoring phased restructuring efforts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze the company’s existing organizational structure, operational workflows, and reporting lines in order to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas requiring strategic restructuring.
• Conduct comprehensive business process reviews, including HR systems, workforce allocation, performance management frameworks, and interdepartmental coordination mechanisms.
• Lead and manage a multi-phase corporate reorganization project aimed at improving operational efficiency, cost control, and long-term scalability of the business.
• Develop and implement strategic reorganization plans, including revised organizational charts, role realignment strategies, updated job descriptions, and workflow optimization models.
• Design and introduce modern performance evaluation systems (KPIs), succession planning models, and internal governance frameworks.
• Prepare detailed business reports, risk assessments, implementation roadmaps, and progress evaluations for business owners.
• Advise executive leadership on change management strategies to facilitate smooth organizational transition and employee integration.
• Monitor post-implementation outcomes, measure key performance indicators, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop long-term operational planning frameworks to support sustainable growth over a three-year horizon and beyond.
• Lead the development and implementation of internal policy manuals, procedural guidelines, and quality-control frameworks to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in business consulting environment or similar role.
• Proven experience in long-term restructuring, governance modernization, and operational sustainability.
• Strong command of English language.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
WORK CONDITIONS:
• Permanent, full-time position
• Hourly salary of $ 46.00 for 30-hour workweek. The overtime rate is set at one and a half times the regular rate per hour and will apply after 44 hours of work per week
