Business Analyst Job

• Provide application support and consulting to internal and external clients on the proper use of PCI products
• Improve the quality and enhance the features of PCI software products by working with the application development team.
• Perform testing, documentation, and quality assurance for new product features
• Provide project management for internal product development projects. Monitor market changes to align PCI products accordingly.
• Experience in conducting UAT and working with business users on project sign-offs.
• Understand and have working knowledge of Agile process.
• Validate Business Requirements mapping to Capability and Release Plan
• Validate Alignment of Data and Integration requirements
• Validate test scenarios mapping to business requirements
• Lead execution of test cases in the client environment
• Participate in customer workshops, understand both functional and non-functional business requirements, and the business criticality of desired systems
• Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for the solution

- Master of Science degree in Quantitative Management, Data Science, or closely related field;
- One year of working experience in using SQL and Python to update model inputs, validate data integrity, and automate monitoring procedures; and one year of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement model adjustments and data updates.
- Analytical & Quantitative skills, including Statistical Analysis for R&D of macroeconomic variables, Risk Modeling, enhancing model accuracy using macroeconomic indicators, Gap Analysis, and Cost Analysis.
- Skills in using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
