Business Analyst - Mid Level Job

Job Summary
The Business Analyst - Mid Level supports NCID provisioning, MFA enrollment, PATH NC access, troubleshooting, and reporting in production and training environments. This role works closely with state and county system administrators through ServiceNow and requires strong analysis, application support, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Support provisioning and troubleshooting of user accounts and access issues in NCID and PATH NC
• Assist users with MFA setup and confirm successful enrollment
• Work with state and county administrators through the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Grant user access for PATH NC report exports
• Research, analyze, and interpret automated system issues
• Communicate clearly with staff at all levels and provide user support
Required Skills and Certification
• 3+ years of experience with browser-based applications
• 5+ years of experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting automated system problems
• 1+ year of experience in an application support help desk environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Skills and Certification
• 1+ year of knowledge of the PATH NC application and functionality
• 1+ year of experience with NC Identity Management (NCID) and MultiFactor Authentication (MFA)
