Business Analyst
• Design and ensure proper use of new forms, reports, budgets, procedures or equipment according to organizational policy and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively;
• Communicate with personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures;
• Provide strategic analysis and support for the Annual Budget and Planning review process;
• Analyze budget submissions for accuracy and appropriateness, provides written recommendations to management on departmental requests for improvement, and when necessary, reductions;
• Works with departments to resolve budget concerns;
• Conduct on-site training and observation to assure proper fulfilling of procedures;
• Coordinate preparation and development of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and develops explanations of variances between budgeted and actual revenues and expenditures;
• Evaluate departmental revenue and expenditure estimates and make necessary changes;
• Participate in generating annual international business plan to meet financial and non-financial targets. Implement and adjust plan throughout the year to achieve goals;
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets;
• Provide strategic vision and leadership for growing business through sustaining existing successful markets;
• Create incentive programs as needed.
Offered Wage: $88,837 per year.
Job location: Los Angeles, CA
Master’s Degree in Business Administration is required.
