Responsible for developing, implementing and enhancing organizational programs across the company. Implement change
initiatives related to business processes. Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization. Evaluate, recommend and develop business process improvements and enhancements, including developing detailed workflow and project plans from concept to implementation. Analyze investment opportunities and investment structures. Participate in monitoring and evaluating the investment opportunities and other investment recommendations. Work with the leadership team to provide due diligence information and feasibility analysis of potential property acquisitions. Establish and manage development project timelines. Participate in meetings with investors to ensure understanding of the current company culture and jointly develop a change adoption plan. Provide guidance to the company on organizational development strategies.
