Business Analyst (IT & Sales) Job

Develop dashboards and KPIs using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Of7ice Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to track campaign performance, sales trends, and 7inancial metrics.
Perform root cause analysis, market trend evaluation, and sales forecasting using predictive analytics.
Build data models and conduct A/B testing to support marketing and e-commerce decision-making.
Liaise with IT teams to ensure ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Shopify, website) meet business requirements.
Support implementation and integration of digital tools and automation systems.
Ensure data integrity, system upgrades, and user training are aligned with business objectives.
Analyze digital campaign performance and customer journey data to optimize online sales strategies.
Track website analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) and integrate insights with inventory and CRM systems.
