We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst Intern to support our digital, web, and customer experience projects. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in business analysis, digital platforms, and working with global teams.

Key Responsibilities –

• Assist in gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements.
• Support creation of functional requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
• Help maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with UX, Strategy, Technology, and Project Management teams.
• Join client/project meetings to capture notes, action items, and requirements.
• Assist in clarifying requirements and coordinating follow-ups.
• Conduct research on competitors, digital best practices, and user needs.
• Support in creating problem statements, personas, and requirement summaries.
• Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements.
• Assist in creating test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in QA/UAT cycles to validate features against requirements.
• Help identify gaps, log defects, and support resolution tracking.
• Help prepare project status updates, requirement documents, and presentations.
• Support project planning, sprint planning, and documentation management.

Qualifications –

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong interest in digital/web projects, customer experience, or product development.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Figma, or similar (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
