Business Analyst – Enterprise Resource Planning Solution (NOC 21222) Job

- Represent Aptus to deliver first class solutions to our customers.
- Perform feasibility study, collect and analyse user requirement.
- Prepare system documentations – feasibility study report, functional specification, system design specification, test plan, project plan, user’s guide, operation guide, etc.
- Work with IT project team to develop and improve IT project delivery.
- Take ownership for effectively provisioning of enhanced systems and services to customers.
- Managing internal projects.
- Being part of the project team to effectively “hand over support” to the servicer delivery teams through writing technical documentation and completing local training.

- Diploma or Degree holder in IT or similar disciplines is required.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in Information Technology delivery.
- Knowledge of project management lifecycle and methodologies.
- Hands-on, all-rounded, energetic, highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $43.08/hour; Hours of work per week: 35
