Job Description:
1. Perform statistical data analysis using Python and Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, Excel@risk, and IF formulas) to evaluate the company's business models, operational costs, and inventory capacity, while forecasting future transportation costs based on distance and time data.
2. Analyze clients’ order history, preferences, and sales data. Develop predictive models and simulations for monthly, seasonal, and annual demand forecasting.
3. Evaluate and identify problems in current replenishment models. Optimize models, policies, pricing, and shipment options to reduce service and operational costs, maintain business partnerships, and increase profit.
4. Assess operational procedures and processes against industry standards, utilizing management models such as LEAN, EOQ, and optimization models to develop solutions that streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
5. Track industry trends like reverse logistics and artificial intelligence to enhance services, drive client-focused improvements, and maximize the value of business assets.
6. Leverage ERP software and Excel to gather and analyze supply chain data, improving efficiency in cargo turnover, load planning, warehouse slotting, and picking patterns.
7. Perform end-of-month inventory and 3PL service reconciliations. Prepare reports with business trend analysis for executives and stakeholders, providing actionable suggestions.
8. Use Netstock and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to manage domestic and international B2B orders. Maintain the EDI system to ensure timely and accurate data entry, avoiding chargebacks.

Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics or data science, or its foreign equivalent.
2. Must have at least 2 years of full-time experience in analyzing logistics and warehousing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and developing supply chain network optimization solutions to enhance efficiency.
3. Must be proficient in using Time Series Analysis to forecast future transportation costs based on distance and time data.
