Job Description:
1.Evaluate current business operations, policies, and procedures, develop operational reports, and implement changes to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards in the F&B sector;
2.Stay abreast of current Food and Beverage industry trends to gather, organize, and analyze data on business operations, business organizational performance, and business management systems or procedures to identify problems and improvements;
3.Work closely with on-site teams to gather information on current restaurant operations procedures, and communicate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes;
4.Monitor current operational systems to ensure the business is operating efficiently and make changes that align with current F&B operational systems and operational procedures.
