Business Analyst Job

Realmo — international IT company with an office in Boston, creating products at the intersection of AI, Big Data and commercial real estate (realmo.com). We are growing fast and looking for a person with a sharp mind and entrepreneurial thinking — to structure chaos, see connections and turn ideas into solutions.

What you will do:
• Understand what exactly the team needs: marketing, product, sales — and help turn needs into clear tasks.
• Conduct data, process and metric analysis, form hypotheses and help make decisions based on facts.
• Describe product requirements, build dashboards, collect feedback and participate in functionality development.
• Be the only analyst at the start — build approaches, set priorities and lay the foundation of analytical culture.
• Later — move into the product team and develop towards Product Owner / Product Analyst.

Who we are looking for:
• From 3 years of experience in IT / product teams (analytics, product, BI, system analysis).
• Ability to see the essence, ask the right questions and structure information.
• Energy, sharp mind, independence — we have a lot of space for initiative.
• Will be a plus: experience with SQL, Power BI, Notion, Jira, knowledge of English at the level of reading documentation.
