Business Analyst Job

Conduct advanced statistical analysis using Python, R, and SQL to evaluate market trends, forecast organizational performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Develop predictive business models (e.g., cost-benefit analyses, demand forecasting) to provide recommendations for market positioning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with product development, operations, and project management teams to design and implement process enhancements, optimizing production workflows through enterprise
resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.
Lead strategic initiatives by applying AI-driven analytics to evaluate client preferences, competitor positioning, and emerging trends, informing product development and geographic
expansion plans.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and workflow improvement by performing quantitative analysis of operational data, workflow assessments, and scenario planning.
Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented business strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights through clear reports and presentations for stakeholders, aiding in strategic planning and organizational change management.
Support workforce planning by analyzing labor trends, evaluating training needs, and recommending organizational structure improvements to enhance productivity.
Monitor records and information systems to ensure data protection, retrieval, and compliance with company requirements.
Research industry trends and analyze organizational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics and 24 months of experience in business or market analytics.
