Business Analyst Job

Analyze patient scheduling, billing, and insurance data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as collection rates, provider production, and patient retention.
Collect and analyze operational data from practice management, EHR, and billing systems to identify trends in patient flow and revenue performance.
Translate operational data into business and functional requirements for system improvements.
Apply analytical methods, including trend analysis and forecasting, to support operational planning.
Support data integration and reporting system enhancements to improve data accessibility.

Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or related fields. Must have knowledge of unstructured data analysis.
