Business Analyst Job

Develop monthly forecasting models using historical sales and customer data to support demand planning and identify opportunities for market expansion.
Collect and analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify customer segments, evaluate business performance, and support market analysis.
Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, inventory trends, and customer demand.
Evaluate the performance of the Company’s hydraulic products across different markets and distribution channels and provide recommendations to improve market positioning.
Interpret business intelligence findings and market trends to support strategic planning for the Company’s hydraulic products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to evaluate business performance and develop performance metrics to improve internal processes.
Coordinate with the application team to support trade shows, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Telecommuting is an option for one day of the week.

Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Science, Data Science, or a related field. Must have knowledge of information modeling and database systems.
