Business Analyst Job

• Collect business intelligence data from available sources, including CRM usage data, user engagement metrics, and industry trends, and maintain such data in databases following established procedures and under the guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions using BI tools to support user engagement and business operations.
• Provide support and updates for existing databases, software, and other business intelligence tools used by the Company under the supervision of senior staff.
• Assist in analyzing business data to identify trends and insights that support business decisions, product development, and client outreach strategies, with findings reviewed by senior staff.
• Research industry trends, user needs, and potential business opportunities, and compile findings for review and presentation by senior staff.
• Assist in supporting business strategy development by interpreting data, identifying trends and patterns, and applying established analytical methods under close supervision.
• Prepare reports summarizing business findings and preliminary recommendations for review by senior staff prior to presentation to stakeholders.

Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or another related field.
