Building Superintendent Job

Strata Plan KAS2503 (Discovery Bay) is looking for a building superintendent to join our team.

Job Duties:
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs,
• Perform minor repairs on appliances,
• Perform safety and security checks,
• Supervise other workers,
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies,
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair,
• Assist skilled tradespersons,
• Maintain inventory of supplies.

Terms of employment: Permanent position
Salary: $36.75/hour
Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, vacation.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekends.
Work Location: 1088 Sunset Drive, Kelowna, BC, Canada, V1Y 9W1
