Building Superintendent Job

THe Madison Care Centre, a senior healthcare facility located at 1399 Foster Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3J 2N1 is looking for 1 Building Superintendent for maintenance of the facility; full time permanent; ; $34.65 per hour for 40 hours per week; Health benefits; Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs; Contact contractors for major repairs and maintenance of the establishment; Perform minor repairs on appliances; Supervise other workers; Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies; Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting, drywall repair and minor carpentry work such as measuring tools, measure, cut, shape, assemble & join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel & other materials; fit & install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware; Repetitive tasks; Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Bending, crouching, kneeling; apply through Direct Apply through job bank or By email: [email protected]
