We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Building Superintendent to join our team at Burnaby, BC. The main job duties and responsibilities are mentioned below:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify any safety hazards or needed repairs.
• Ensure that building systems, equipment, and facilities are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee trash removal, cleaning, and landscaping of the property.
• Coordinate and manage outside vendors and contractors as needed for larger repair or maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory of building supplies and equipment.
• Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including property inspections.
• May supervise other workers.
• Perform safety and security checks
