Job Description:
The Radium Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team in Brampton, ON (L6S 4K6). This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive wage of $34.50 per hour for 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, morning, overtime, shift, and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Tasks
1. Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
2. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
3. Perform minor repairs on appliances
4. Perform safety and security checks
5. Supervise other workers
6. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
7. Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including drywall repairs and related minor fixes.
8. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
Language: English proficiency is required.
