Job Description:
KP Cleaning Group Incorporated (Cleaning Company) at #2303-550 Pacific St, Vancouver, BC, V6Z 3G2 is looking for 2 full-time and permanent Building maintenance workers. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply as well). Wages will be $28.85/hr and 35 hours per week.
Job Description:
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Perform other routine maintenance job
Respond to requests from residents for minor repairs
Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Perform daily inspections on the building systems
May show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
May sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs and empty trash cans and other waste containers
Employment Requirements:
Secondary school education is usually required. Previous maintenance experience may be required.
