Job Description:
Crystal Consulting Inc., located at 1100 - 21320, Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BCV6V 2X5, is looking for a permanent & full-time building maintenance supervisor (NOC 72014) to be a part of their team. It will also be necessary for you to work at several other nearby Lower Mainland locations.

Job Duties:

• Prepare production and other reports
• Supervise workers and projects
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Train or arrange for training
• Set up machines and equipment
• Estimate costs and materials
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Recommend personnel actions
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Job Requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: At least 3 years to less than 5 years relevant work experience.
Skills: Reliability, Team player

On site
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
