Building Maintenance Superintendent Job

Skinny Duke’s (Nixon Group) is looking for a Full-Time Building Maintenance Superintendent (NOC 73201)! This is a full-time, permanent position working 30 hours per week.
Job Description:
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors (heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, painting, drywall repair)
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
• Provide general assistance to skilled trade persons such as mechanics, electricians, carpenters and plumbers
• Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
• Language in the workplace is English

• Annual salary of $60,000
• Extended medical and dental benefits after 6 months
