Building Inspector Plan Reviewer Job

General Summary:
Under the direction of the Building Director and the immediate supervision of the
Building Official, conducts on-site inspections at various locations throughout the
Township to ensure full compliance with state and local plumbing codes for new
construction, additions and alterations, with plans approved by the Building/Inspection
Division. Assist contractors and the general public with information regarding
construction and plumbing code related matters.

Basic Qualifications:
*Five (5) years as an active, licensed Master Plumber in the pluming trades or a
Bachelor degree required in the Engineering Field or a closely related field.
*Special Qualifications – Act 407 certification. (Plumbing Inspector / Plan Reviewer)
