Our commitment to excellence and innovation is what sets us apart, and we are now looking for a skilled Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician to join our dynamic team.

The Role:
As a BIM Technician at Mypro Realty, you will play a crucial role in our new services division, focusing on home renovations and home construction projects. Utilizing your expertise in BIM, you will create detailed models that help visualize projects, optimize designs, and enhance the decision-making process for our clients and team.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage BIM models for home renovation and construction projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure models accurately reflect design intents and specifications.
• Utilize BIM software to analyze project data, identify potential issues, and propose innovative solutions.
• Support appraisal teams by providing detailed models that enhance property evaluations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM technologies and best practices to drive efficiency and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Technician within the construction or real estate industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.
