Job Description:
Colen Grace Cleaning Company Inc. is located at 7-1209 Fourth Ave., New Westminster, BC V3M 1T8. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Building Cleaning Supervisor. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.
Position: Building Cleaning Supervisor
Wage: CAD$30.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week (should be available for night & evening hours)
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of office building cleaners;
• Liaise with the manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks
• Inspect sites to ensure company’s safety and cleanliness standards are met and report shortcomings/faults to the manager
• Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement
• Train cleaning staff
• Prepare work schedule of cleaners
• Monitor compliance of work performed by cleaners
• Timely purchase request of consumables, equipment and materials.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• 1-2 years experience in building cleaning and supervisory.
