Job Description:
• Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
• Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare budget reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance and trends.
• Develop financial forecasts and models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with departments to gather and analyze financial data for forecasting purposes.
• Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Analyze and monitor costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Implement cost control measures and track their effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on cost allocation and financial resource optimization.
• Work closely with department heads and senior management to provide financial support and guidance.
• Assist in financial training and capacity building for staff as needed.
• Support special projects and initiatives related to financial management and strategy
