BUDGET ANALYST Job

Evaluate the financial information of past and current years to estimate future revenues and expenditures;
- Use the analysis of the financial information to create a budge that meets the company's financial and operational goals.
- Apply financial knowledge to prepare the budget that recognizes financial trends, interpret their relevance, and incorporate them in budget forecasts;
- Gather, consolidate, review, and analyze monthly and quarterly budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure control;
- Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy and conformance with procedures and regulations and make reports to management for strategic business decisions;
- Establish and maintain budget systems that will be helpful in managing and controlling company expenses, such as advertising, marketing, project activities and property maintenance
and to ensure close adherence to budget expectations;
- Analyze monthly spending, interpret current financial status and present to the management profit-maximizing/cost-reduction suggestions. Analyze and interpret the financial information
for management to assist it in making sound business decisions;
- Advise management on matters such as the effective use of resources and cost-control measures;
- Evaluate company performance and interpret raw figures into company goals and expectations, highlighting areas that need particular attention;
- Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for approval or disapproval of funds requested for purchase orders.
