Job duties to be performed:
-Perform cost-benefit analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
-Perform cost and revenue forecasting using financial and pricing models.
-Consolidate individual budgets into the company’s operating and capital budget summaries.
-Compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement a project.
-Develop and review budget proposals and monitor spending and the availability of funds.
-Review and approve or deny funding requests from within the company and evaluate programs to determine whether they are cost-effective.
-Analyze accounting records to determine financial resources required to implement programs and make recommendations for budget allocations to ensure conformance to budgeting limits.
-Consult with top managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with the company’s marketing strategies.
-Research global economic and financial developments in the industry that affect the company’s budgets.
