Position Info:
• Position: Administrative Officer
• Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 320 E 43rd Ave, Vancouver, BC V5W 1T3

Job Duties:
• Support the day-to-day operations of the centre to keep things running smoothly
• Introduce practical office practices that help the centre stay organized
• Track monthly expenses and supply usage to help the centre stay within its budget
• Maintain up-to-date digital records for every child, including emergency and medical info
• Set priorities for the centre regularly to ensure all licensing and safety deadlines are met
• Prepare the centre’s newsletters and required documents for licensing reviews
• Coordinate building repairs and keep classroom and first-aid supplies fully stocked
• Oversee staff hours and payroll to ensure the team is paid accurately and on time
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
