Job Description:
Dhesi Masonry Ltd. located at Unit-119, 14833-61 Avenue, Surrey BC V3S 6T6 is hiring 1 Bricklayer (NOC- 72320) on full time and permanent basis working 40 hours weekly.
Job Duties:
Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools. Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required for the jobs. Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, stone, structural tiles and similar materials to construct or repair walls, foundations and other structures in residential and commercial construction. Lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces. Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing to walls or other surfaces. Construct and install prefabricated masonry units. Lay bricks or other masonry units to build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations. May restore, clean or paint existing masonry structures.
Job Skills requirements:
High School and Basic English proficiency are required. Previous 6 months work experience as a Bricklayer will be an asset.
Wage: $38.00 hourly and vacation pay will be paid.
