Bowling Alley Supervisor Job

We need one (1) Bowling Alley Supervisor who can start immediately.

Wage:
$24.00 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week

Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time
Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Language:
English

Education:
Secondary school graduation certificate

Experience:
1 – 2 years

Job Duties:
• Create and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Arrange for regular maintenance and timely repair of bowling lanes, pinsetters, scoring systems, and other equipment.
• Assist guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee the proper operation of scoring and computer systems.
• Monitor service quality, facility cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the cleaning and upkeep of bowling lanes, machines, and common areas.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Order and maintain inventory of bowling supplies, equipment, and concession items.
• Resolve customer or staff issues, provide technical support, and suggest improvements to enhance operations and service quality.
• Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of staff, including front desk, lane attendants, and concession workers.
• Train employees in job responsibilities, safety standards, and company policies.
