Bottling Technician II Job

Position: Bottling Technician II
Location: San Diego, CA – Onsite
Duration: 6+ Months
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day

Key Responsibilities
• Perform liquid dispensing, pipetting, and product formulation activities.
• Dispense antibody products into vials, tubes, and bottles.
• Perform capping, labeling, kitting, and packaging activities.
• Operate filling lines, automated filling equipment, capping/labeling machines, and related process equipment.
• Complete batch records, production documentation, formulation worksheets, and data entry.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, quality, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Store finished goods according to required temperature conditions.
• Collaborate with Bottling, Quality Control, Packaging, Inventory, Planning, and other teams.
Key Requirements
• 6+ months of experience in a laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical manufacturing, filling, bottling, or packaging environment; OR a related Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ months of hands-on pipetting or liquid dispensing experience.
• Experience following SOPs/work instructions and completing accurate documentation.
• Basic Microsoft Excel/computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and teamwork.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
Preferred Experience
• Automated/automatic filling machines or filling lines.
• Aseptic technique and/or biosafety cabinet (BSC) experience.
• Biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Capping and labeling equipment.
• Lyophilizer/lyophilization experience.
• GMP/cGMP environment and batch record documentation.
