Bottle Depot Supervisor Job

Trail Bottle Depot is located at 562 Rossland Ave., Trail, BC V1R 3M8. We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Bottle Depot Supervisor. If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail.

Position: Bottle Depot Supervisor
Wage: CAD $30.77/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (availability to work weekends is considered an asset)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Supervise, assign, and review the work of staff;
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve procedures and policies;
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations;
• Schedule and co-ordinate work of staff ;
• Requisition materials and supplies;
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions;
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company polices;
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field is required required;
• Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management and related is an asset
