Work location: On site
Salary: $36.60/hour
Terms of employment: 30 hours/week, Permanent Employment, Full time, Mornings, Days, Evenings
Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Experience 2 years
Duties: Train workers in duties and policies. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of equipment, arrange for maintenance and repair work as necessary. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Co-ordinate, assign/schedule and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Co-ordinate activities with other departments. Supervision of 1-6 payroll clerks, accounting and related clerks.
The ideal candidate is well versed in the following programs: MS Excel, Quick Books, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Spreadsheet, MS Word.
The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, pays attention to detail, is able to handle a large caseload, is accurate in their work, shows efficient interpersonal skills, has excellent oral & written communication, is flexible in their work, shows good judgement, is organized, is reliable and is a team player.
