Job Description:
The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
• Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
• Prepare tax returns and trial balance of books.

Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary School and a college program in a related field for 2 years.
Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience as a financial or accounting clerk
Work site environment: Office
Personal suitability: Team player, well organized.
