Wage: $19/hour
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 30 hours/week

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary
Job duties
Keep clear and organized financial records for the store by managing various accounts using both paper and computer systems.
Enter daily financial transactions, ensure all account balances are accurate, and regularly produce reports that reflect the store’s financial health.
Calculate payroll amounts and issue cheques for staff, as well as for utilities, taxes, and other operational expenses.
Prepare and submit required government documents such as tax remittance forms, workers' compensation filings, pension contributions, and other related paperwork.
Compile tax returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports that support effective financial management and decision-making for the store.

A college diploma in accounting, bookkeeping or related field is preferred.
Working experience in accounting, bookkeeping or related field is required.

Proficient in computer applications, including advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
