Bookkeeper Job

Jia Cheng Trading Company is looking for a Bookkeeper to perform the following:
1. Track company bank accounts, deposits and balances, reporting regularly to management to ensure proper financial oversight and contributing to monthly cash flow optimization.
2. Managed company invoice obligations, ensuring accurate and timely payments gaining approval where necessary, and identifying and reporting inaccuracies or variances.
3. Prepared company monthly financial statements, including cash flow, income/P&L, and balance sheets, ensuring clear and accurate financial reporting for strategic decision-making.
4. Reconciled and verified all company invoices and monthly statements, assigning payments to appropriate cost centres and improving the reconciliation process.

Education: A college graduate in Accounting or related subjects

Minimum 2 year bookkeeping experience
Language: English

Work Hours: 30 hours per week, $40.00 per hour, permanent position
