Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary
Job duties
Manage all the transaction records from customers to suppliers and report the balances.
Reconcile accounts, especially for accounts payable to suppliers and accounts receivable from take-away online platforms.
Prepare the employees’ payrolls and T4 with cheques.
Balance trial accounts to prepare income and balance statements.
Complete government requested financial related documents and forms.
Maybe prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.

Completion of secondary school is a must.
A college diploma in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field is preferred.
At least a year of working experience as a bookkeeper or similar role is a must.
Proficiency in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
