Job Requirements:
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Process and issue payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records by establishing, updating, and balancing various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Record and reconcile journal entries to maintain accurate financial reporting.
- Generate detailed financial, statistical, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Compile and review trial balance reports to verify financial accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Requirements:
-College diploma
-At least 1 year of relevant work experience
