BOOKKEEPER Job

Maintain and manage daily financial records for S&S Fashion, Inc. (dba: Fashion Mart), a retail and wholesale clothing company; Reconcile daily sales transactions from both retail point of sale systems and wholesale B2B accounts; Utilize accounting software to record, organize, and analyze financial data, including sales receipts, vendor invoices, customer accounts, and purchase orders; Reconcile bank and credit card transactions to ensure consistency with internal financial records; Coordinate with Fashion Mart’s external accounting firm to prepare payroll and ensure accurate reporting of compensation across retail and warehouse staff; Coordinate with Fashion Mart’s external accounting firm to prepare payroll and ensure accurate reporting of compensation across retail and warehouse staff; Coordinate with Fashion Mart’s external accounting firm to prepare yearly Corporate Tax Return; Calculate, prepare, and issue invoices, bills of lading, credit memos, and account statements to wholesale clients, while maintaining proper documentation for retail sales; and etc.
