Salary: $27.60 per hour (40 hours per week)
Overtime: $41.40 per hour (After 40 hours per week)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Completion of Secondary School.
Completion of 2 year or more college program.
Experience: 2-3 Years or more of Experience is preferred.

Job Duties:
• Maintain general ledgers on daily basis
• Maintain and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions.
• Prepare accounting and financial reports of the company
• Prepare cheques of payroll and Tax Returns
• Pay Taxes, utility and other bills in timely manners
• Prepare and submit workers compensation forms, pension Contribution forms and handle other documentation.
• Keep record of each department expenses and make monthly and annual reports.
• Crosscheck all the payments made to vendors
• May suggestions for company financial growth
