Tasks:

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Post journal entries
• Keep tracking of revenue, expenses and expense reports
• Manage accounting records, making sure it is always up to date and consistently accurate
• Handle time-tracking and payroll so that the employee, contractors and the CRA are always paid on time and accurately
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts
