Overtime: As per prov standards - $54.90 after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university 1-2-year certificate/diploma
Experience: 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Duties and Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with budget preparation by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
Monitor expenses and ensure they are within budget limits.
Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports as required.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to accounting policies and procedures.
Assist with special projects as needed.
