Key Responsibilities
Process & Verify Bookings: Secure and finalize reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and excursions, ensuring all data matches client preferences perfectly.
Vendor Coordination: Liaison with global travel suppliers and vendors to confirm reservations, apply promotions, and manage booking modifications or cancellations.
Document Preparation: Compile and distribute comprehensive travel itineraries, ticketing documents, and travel insurance details to clients prior to departure.
Logistical Support: Monitor schedule changes, flight delays, or itinerary adjustments, and proactively assist in resolving backend logistical updates.
Stay Current: Participate in ongoing training and vendor webinars to master various booking platforms, reservation systems, and exclusive industry software.
Job Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a dedicated smartphone or smartphone access.
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time-management skills and the self-discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience with data entry, administrative support, or travel booking tools is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
