Job Position: Booking Clerks – wholesale travel (NOC 64313)
Company: 4720 Northwest Territories LMT (o/a Aurora Village)
Wage: $21.50-$22.00/hour
Working hours: 30-40 hours a week (to be negotiated)
Business/Working Location: 4709 - 50TH Avenue, Yellowknife, NT X1A 1N4 Canada
Job Duties:
- Receive and process customer travel requests and reservations
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel products and services
- Manage flight, hotel, and transportation bookings and make necessary schedule adjustments
- Provide customers with information on travel itineraries, pricing, policies, and regulations
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds
- Prepare and maintain travel-related documents and customer records
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
- Promote and sell travel insurance and additional services
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and supporting promotional activities
- Research travel trends and destinations to provide up-to-date recommendations
Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school is required.
-Previous work experience in the travel field would be an asset.
