We are seeking a compassionate and creative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our state-of-the-art behavioral clinic. In this role, you will work closely with children with autism and their families, delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy that leads to meaningful and lasting progress.

Position Overview
The BCBA is responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavioral interventions. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for improving the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to determine appropriate interventions
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs
Supervise and support staff in the delivery of behavior intervention plans
Design behavioral systems and provide ongoing staff training and performance feedback
Lead parent meetings and provide caregiver training to ensure consistency across home and clinic environments
Establish measurable treatment goals and maintain accurate, timely clinical and insurance documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members involved in each client’s care
Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in applied behavior analysis

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based clinical practices

Schedule & Work Environment

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No on-call requirements or weekend shifts
