Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior therapy interventions for special children. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to improving the lives of children and families.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities

● Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
● Create behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments.
● Implement behavior therapy interventions and collect data to track progress.
● Collaborate with our psychologists, therapists, and educators to develop comprehensive treatment goals.
● Stay current on the latest research and advancements in behavior analysis and incorporate them into practice.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements

● Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
● Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
● Demonstrated experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
● Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
● Strong organizational and time management skills
