Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality blockchain solutions, writing secure smart contracts, and integrating decentralized technologies with backend systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment, demonstrate deep technical proficiency with blockchain protocols, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts on EVM-compatible networks (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon).
Build backend services that interact with blockchain networks via Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js).
Integrate decentralized components with existing web and mobile platforms.
Implement and maintain infrastructure for node operations, indexing, and event monitoring.
Perform rigorous testing (unit, integration, audit readiness) to ensure contract and app security.
Optimize performance and scalability of blockchain systems.
Collaborate with frontend engineers and product stakeholders to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Stay current with new blockchain standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.
Experience writing Solidity smart contracts and familiarity with development tools (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry).
Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js, Go, or Python.
Comfortable working with Web3 libraries (web3.js, ethers.js) and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of security best practices in blockchain and smart contract design.

Nice-to-Have
Experience with Layer 2 solutions, cross-chain communication or DeFi protocols.
Familiarity with frontend integration using frameworks like React or React Native.
Previous work on production-deployed decentralized applications (dApps).
