Blockchain Developer Job

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Blockchain Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blockchain-based solutions, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps). You will work closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to build secure, scalable, and innovative blockchain applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Build and maintain blockchain networks using platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Hyperledger, or Binance Smart Chain.
Write, test, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain programming languages.
Integrate blockchain solutions with web and mobile applications.
Conduct smart contract audits and security reviews to identify vulnerabilities.
Optimize blockchain performance, scalability, and transaction efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical solutions.
Monitor emerging blockchain technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues and bugs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in blockchain development.
Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Hyperledger, or other blockchain platforms.
Knowledge of smart contracts, DeFi protocols, NFTs, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), and Web3 technologies.
Familiarity with blockchain development tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Ganache, and Web3.js.
Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems.
Experience with REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing NFT marketplaces, DeFi platforms, or cryptocurrency exchanges.
Knowledge of Layer-2 scaling solutions and cross-chain technologies.
Familiarity with security auditing and blockchain testing frameworks.
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects are a plus.
